Alyssa & Benjamin are a beautiful couple, and their story is absolutley incredible. They documented their engagment, and life over the past year on this special blog. On the day of their wedding my day usually starts out very early, and this day was wonderful as I took the Whidbey Island ferry and enjoyed the beautiful views in the Pacific Northwest. When I arrived at Bible Baptist Church they girls were a flutter with excitement, and so was the groom. One of my favorite moments of the day was the first kiss, because of their commitment, and virtue this was actually their first kiss, and what a beautiful moment to be a part of. Thank-you for having me as a part of your incredible day, I can not wait to see what life has in store you love birds. xo

I had the pleasure of being apart of a Mini Family reunion in Seattle this past weekend. The Melendres Family is spread out all over this wonderful country. Family members traveled from as far as Hawaii and Los Angeles, I guess people who live in paradise have to vacation somewhere, right? After a few options, we decided on the Seattle Arboretum for a photo shoot location as it really is the perfect example of what beauty lies in the middle of Seattle. I was so proud to be apart of your special day, and I am hoping we can to the next photo session in Hawaii? hint hint! xo

I had the honor to shoot this amazing couples wedding last year, and now look who I got to shoot! The most adorable little girl in the world! She was so calm, and happy during the shoot, I bet she is destined to be a model one day , but don't tell her dad that :). I love my job! xo

These two were amazing to photograph, and an even more amazing couple to work with. They were fun, relaxed, and in love! Anne & Brian are so sweet! They had an elegant & simple wedding with their closest family and friends in the beautiful Cottage Lake area here in Washington. Alyssa & Benjamin are the sweetest couple in the world, I mean it, it's no understatement. Both are so natural, sweet, and all you want to do is be friends with them! I had been talking to Benjamin for weeks before this shoot without Alyssa knowing anything, with his big plan a proposal. As you can see, it was amazing. I can't wait for the wedding you two, its going to be magical. xo
